AREAS OF APPLICATION

Production of Recycled Polyolefins

PDL S provides improved compatibility in PET/PP blends. It is a superior impact modifier and a solution for preventing breakage in molded parts made from recycled PP/PE. PDL S also enhances the flowability of recycled polymers when an increase in MFI is required. It is used at a loading level of 3–10%.

HDPE, Pipe, and Hose Production

It increases flexibility and facilitates the use of more recycled PE. PDL S also enables higher filler loading in the pipe without compromising impact properties. 3–8%.

Colored MB Production

Higher pigment loading rate, better dispersion quality. 3–7% PE carrier loading.

PP and PE Compound

Improve process aid, energy consumption, and efficiency.

PP Impact Modification

Adding PDL S to PPH can result in PPC-like properties; one can produce a cost-effective solution by adding 10–20% PDL S to PPH.
